In Trauma-Informed Practice in Workforce Development, participants gain a foundational knowledge of trauma-informed practice and specific tools and frameworks through 7-modules on trauma-informed practice for organizations delivering employment services.
7-week course
4.5 hours per week (2.5 hours of live calls and 2 hours of independent work)

We encourage participants to enroll in Practical Tools for Success (4-Day intensive) and Implementing with Support (26-Weeks) to complete the full pathway (with Trauma-Informed) in order to maximize impact on clients and organizational change. Together, this pathway enables organizations to deliver services that support clients with histories of poverty and trauma to successfully move towards their employment goals, build resilience and new skills for sustained employment success.
